Ola S1 Pro To Get Free Front Suspension Upgrade - Better Tuned For Tough Indian Roads

India's largest electric two-wheeler manufacturer Ola Electric has announced a free suspension upgrade for its flagship S1 Pro scooter. The upgrade will be offered to S1 Pro as well as S1 customers starting from the 22nd of March.

Ola Electric has always made it a point since arriving on the scene a little over a year ago to ensure it kept a finger on the pulse of its community. Upgrades and updates have always followed the feedback received from the 200,000-strong community.

So, when chatter started to emerge about the safety of the S1 Pro's front fork arm, the Bangalore-based firm was quick to assure the community that such concerns were totally unfounded.

Ola Electric has always stated that all of its components be it the front fork arm or any other component from the highly popular S1 electric scooter lineup are thoroughly tested under extreme conditions. In fact, these parts are engineered to withstand loads much higher than those typically encountered by consumers on our roads.

However, this doesn't mean that Ola isn't continuously improving its engineering and design processes at all times. As a part of this continuous improvement process, Ola is now offering S1 Pro customers the chance to upgrade the front fork arm for free to a new unit that enhances both the durability and strength of the unit even further.

To alleviate the concerns of the community, the upgraded unit, the stronger and more durable front fork arm has been tuned to help it deal with our rough roads in an even better fashion.

The upgrade process will be done free of charge and customers will be able to book an appointment at their closest Ola Experience Centre or service centre before visiting. The appointment window will commence on 22nd March.
