Ola Electric Bike Launch On August 15 – Expected Price & Specifications

Following the success of the Ola S1 range of electric scooters, Ola Electric seems to be all geared up for the launch of the Ola electric bike on August 15. Ola Electric is also expected to launch new colour options for the Ola S1 range of electric scooters on this day.

That being said, the upcoming Ola electric bike is among the most-awaited motorcycles in the country and the company already has put some high expectations into the model. With a range of 300-350 kilometres, we expect the model to even attract customers with range anxiety.

To support this range, we expect Ola Electric to equip its upcoming electric motorcycle with at least an 8kWh battery pack, which is twice the size of the battery pack in an Ola S1 Pro electric scooter (3.97kWh).

On top of that, we also expect the upcoming Ola Electric bike to have a powerful electric motor which will enable the electric motorcycle to rival 150cc to 180cc motorcycles in terms of performance. This upcoming electric motorcycle is also expected to be loaded with plenty of features and tech.

As a result, we expect the price tag on the upcoming Ola electric bike to be on the higher side compared to other Ola Electric products. In fact, we expect Ola Electric to price its upcoming Ola electric bike around Rs 2.25 lakh.

However, given Ola Electric's reputation for aggressive pricing, there is a possibility for the EV maker to price the upcoming Ola electric bike below Rs 2.00 lakh mark. Moreover, we also expect special offers from Ola Financial Services as well.
