Maruti Suzuki recently commenced the deliveries of the Jimny SUV in India and people are already started customising their Jimny SUV. However, this particular Jimny customised by AM Racing is the most outrageous one, yet.

In fact, this Maruti Suzuki Jimny has modifications worth almost Rs 4.5 lakh. Recently, the images of this Maruti Suzuki Jimny with its modifications went viral on various social media platforms as well.

Speaking about this particular modified Jimny SUV, the model is the Zeta trim level and wears a single-tone White shade. Though this combination may look a bit 'vanilla', these modifications add a lot of personality to the SUV.

For starters, the stock 15-inch steel wheels have been replaced by larger 16-inch Enkei Japan RPT1 alloy wheels. These bronze-coloured alloy wheels are shod with bigger 235/70 R16 Continental Cross Contact AT tyres.

Furthermore, it is also worth mentioning that these tyres have been specifically designed for the Jimny SUV and the alloy wheels weigh just 5.9 kilogrammes. This modification alone transforms the complete stance of the Maruti Suzuki Jimny SUV and this set-up alone costs approximately Rs 1.50 lakh.

In addition to this, the modified Jimny SUV is also equipped with TANABE Japan coilover kit with adjustable height and damping capabilities. This allows the user to raise vehicle's height and also adjust the stiffness.

To complete the package, the Jimny is also fitted with TANABE front and rear lateral rods, steering damper, and front strut brace. All of these aftermarket parts cost an additional Rs 1.80 lakh plus import charges.

All of these modifications make the AM Racing-modified Maruti Suzuki Jimny among the best modified and capable Jimny SUVs in the country. We expect these modifications to encourage more Jimny SUV owners to execute such modifications.

Speaking about the Maruti Suzuki Jimny, the SUV is available in two variants - Zeta and Alpha. The base Zeta trim level with manual transmission is priced at Rs 12.74 lakh (ex-showroom), whereas the top-spec Alpha variant with automatic gearbox is priced at Rs 15.05 lakh (ex-showroom).

Coming to the powertrain, the Maruti Suzuki Jimny SUV is powered by a 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder, naturally-aspirated petrol engine with 103bhp and 134.2Nm of peak torque. Gearbox options include a 4-speed automatic unit and a 5-speed manual transmission.

It is also worth mentioning that all variants of the newly launched Maruti Suzuki Jimny SUV come with Suzuki's AllGrip Pro 4WD system which consists of a low-range gearbox for better off-roadability.
