In the ever-evolving world of automobiles, Hyundai continues to push boundaries and redefine expectations with its vehicles. Be it design, tech, or performance, Hyundai always outperforms its competitors by raising the bar to some range.

Hyundai has now introduced the 2024 version of Santa Fe, with a complete makeover as it enters its fifth generation. This marks the first complete overhaul since 2018, and more information about the SUV will be disclosed in the coming months.

The SUV was discontinued in India in 2017, and it is still unclear whether the carmaker will bring Santa Fe to India. The images show that the new SUV has a boxy and daring design, very similar to the newly launched Hyundai Exter.

Speaking of the design, the new Santa Fe includes H-shaped lighting elements in the front and rear lamps, which represents Hyundai's iconic 'H' badge. The SUV has all-new square-shaped bumpers, and the bonnet features a flat design with creases.

Looking at the side profile, we can understand the size of this huge SUV. It is very spacious and imposing. Hyundai has also extended the wheelbase to accommodate the roofline. The SUV has bulky wheel arches, which house 21-inch wheels.

At the rear, a large boxy tailgate can be seen, adorned with horizontal tail lights and the name of the SUV, 'Santa Fe,' embossed in it. Additionally, roof rails are present, but it remains to be seen whether they serve a functional purpose.

Hyundai claims that the new Santa Fe has ample space for outdoor activities like camping and has segment-leading interior space. The interior incorporates horizontal and vertical lines and has an H-motif design on the dashboard and air vents to create a feeling of openness.

It is said that the Santa Fe will have features like, a panoramic sunroof, dual wireless chargers, a 12.3-inch infotainment system, and a digital instrument cluster. Also, the seats will be bright-colored, and a headliner to open a sense of airiness.

Hyundai also revealed that they had used several sustainable materials, such as recycled plastic and eco-friendly leatherette, in the interior, with a motive to reduce the company's overall carbon footprint.

Thoughts On The All New Hyundai Santa Fe

Hyundai has given the SUV a total makeover, with its boxy and bold design, and this could be the company's new design strategy for SUVs. However, Santa Fe looks promising with its space, design, and features; now, let's see if it will launch in India.
