Honda Elevate SUV Launch Timeline Revealed – Check Out All Details Here

The Honda Elevate is an upcoming C-segment SUV from Honda Car India. It is one of the most awaited SUVs of this year and the Japanese automaker is expected to launch the Elevate SUV by the first week of September 2023.

That being said, Honda Car India recently revealed the fuel efficiency figures for the upcoming Elevate SUV. According to the automaker, the manual variant of the Honda Elevate SUV returns a fuel efficiency of 15.31km/l, whereas the automatic variant returns a mileage figure of 16.92km/l.

Speaking about the upcoming Honda Elevate SUV, the Japanese automaker has already commenced bookings for the model with high hopes. Furthermore, interested customers can book the Honda Elevate SUV by paying a token amount of Rs 25,000.

Powering the Honda Elevate SUV is a 1.5-litre, DOHC, 4-cylinder, naturally-aspirated petrol engine. This is the same engine that powers the 5th-gen Honda City sedan. However, this engine in the upcoming Elevate SUV produces 119.4bhp at 6,600rpm and 145Nm of torque at 4,300rpm.

Like most other SUVs in this segment, the Honda Elevate sends all its power and torque to the front wheels. Moreover, the model also comes with a choice of two transmission options - A 6-speed manual transmission and a CVT gearbox.

In terms of features, the upcoming Honda Elevate SUV comes with features such as a large 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with wireless smartphone integration, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, climate control, rear AC vents, wireless charging pad, rear-view camera, connected-car tech, and ADAS tech.

In terms of dimensions, the upcoming Elevate SUV measures 4,312mm long, 1,790mm wide, 1,650mm tall, and sports a wheelbase of 2,650mm. Additionally, Honda also revealed that the upcoming Elevate SUV will come with a 458-litre boot.

When launched, the upcoming Honda Elevate SUV will compete against the likes of other C-segment SUVs such as the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen Taigun, MG Astor and more.
