Honda Dio Sports Launched In India - Prices Start At Rs 68,317

The Honda Dio Sports will be offered for a limited period of time and can be booked at the nearest Honda RedWing showroom or on the two-wheeler manufacturer's website.

Honda Dio Sports Prices & Variants

The Honda Dio Sports is offered in both the Standard and Deluxe variant options. The Honda Dio Sports Standard variant is priced at Rs 68,317 while the Deluxe variant commands a price tag of Rs 73,317.

Honda Dio Colour Options & Cosmetic Changes

The Honda Dio Sports is offered in two colourways - Strontium Silver Metallic with Black and Sports Red with Black. To help differentiate the new Dio Sports from the regular Dio, Honda has given the limited edition scooter a few cosmetic upgrades in the form of redesigned attractive camouflage graphics and a red paint scheme for the rear monoshock setup. Except for these changes, the Dio Sports is essentially the same scooter as the regular Dio.

Honda Dio Sports Specs & Features

The Honda Dio Sports is powered by 109.51cc single cylinder, fuel injected engine that produces 7.65bhp at 8,000rpm and 9Nm of peak torque at 4,750rpm. Power is sent to the rear wheel via a CVT automatic gearbox.

The Honda Dio Sports features an Under Bone type frame with telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear with 3 steps of adjustment. Braking duties are handled by 130mm drums on both wheels aided by Honda's combi-braking system. The Dio Sports rides on 10-inch alloy wheels shod with 90/90-12 54J (front) and 90/100-10 53J (rear) tyres.

The Honda Dio features a LED headlight with indicators on the lower section of the front apron with a LED daytime running bar adorning the handlebar cowl. Other features include a fully digital instrument cluster, front storage pocket, silent start with ACG, side stand engine cutoff, and an external fuel lid among others.
