Bajaj has finally launched the much-awaited 2023 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 motorcycle in India and the updated model is now priced at Rs 1.47 lakh (ex-showroom, India), which is approximately Rs 7,000 more than the model it replaces.

To justify the increased price, the updated 2023 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 motorcycle comes with a few major updates which include more sophisticated 33mm USD forks, dual-channel ABS, and an updated instrument cluster.

Starting with the updated instrument cluster, the 2023 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 motorcycle is now capable of displaying DTE (Distance To Empty), real-time fuel efficiency and gear position. However, despite these changes, the 2023 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 motorcycle weighs 1.5kg less than its predecessor at just 158kg.

That being said, the 2023 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 continues to draw its power from the 199.5cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with 24bhp of power and 14.6Nm of torque. However, this engine has been updated to comply with the upcoming emission norms and comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

Tyre-wise, the 2023 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 uses 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends shod with 100/80 tyres at the front and 130/70 tyres at the rear. While braking duty is carried out by a 300mm disc at the front and a 230mm disc at the rear.

In terms of dimensions, the 2023 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 measures 2,017mm long, 804mm wide, 1,075mm tall, and sports a wheelbase of 1,363mm. In addition to that, despite sporting an underbelly exhaust, the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 continues to have a ground clearance of 168mm.

Thoughts About The 2023 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 Motorcycle

The newly launched 2023 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 sports the biggest makeover received on an NS range of motorcycles since its introduction back in the year 2012 (Bajaj Pulsar NS200). Moreover, thanks to the new USD forks, the updated motorcycles will have a better stance and front-end feel.

In addition to that, the presence of dual-channel ABS will significantly improve the braking experience. However, Bajaj could have introduced a few changes to the bodywork and equipped the updated model with an all-new instrument cluster.
